Parties in BA aren’t too common – lots of people live in one or two bedroom apartments so huge blowouts that end with the police being called to remove the people throwing-up under your neighbors rosebush are usually out of the question. The usual series of events here is to have a small group of your closest mates round for quiet drinks at your apartment and afterwards head to a bar for more drinks and then later to a nightclub.
If you get invited to a house party here they are usually pretty relaxed affairs however, if you want to bring friends you should ask first or else make sure those friends bring plenty of drinks.

Make a Party!
Although we do encourage people to immerse themselves in the culture of the city, at least for some of their stay, we all know how good it is to have a mildly out of control, rip roar-er with a whole lot of people you only vaguely know. Buenos Aires is a city of possibilities, and if you want to throw a party who are we to stand in your way?
This section is a forum intended to help promote parties going on in Buenos Aires. If you’ve just arrived and don’t know a soul but still want to have a party, get in touch with us! We have access to potential party spots and also some make-shift friends. We will also promote any parties we hear about here – provided they are free or have a minimal fee.
